Show Me the Money

It may seem hypocritical or tone-deaf for a project with the goal of transforming our civilization from a capital-based socioeconomic system to a kinder, gentler quality-oriented system based on awareness, to focus on how much US Dollar revenue it is going to generate.

But if you think of it in terms of transmuting USD into the development of a Game B ecosystem, it makes a lot more sense. That is exactly what we are doing with ISITAS.

We will begin to accumulate resources in the form of USD equivalents, and apply those judiciously to the development of our next-gen platform/community.

As the membership and platform expand, the opportunities to generate USD income will grow accordingly. The value of these funds will be augmented by the ingenuity of ISITAS Community as we transform them into high-value assets, resources, tools, and experiences.

Following are a few of the foreseeable sources of USD income for ISITAS, starting with early stage funding and progressing to later stages:

Patreon

The first source of USD revenue for ISITAS project will come from ISITAS Patreon page. Here, patrons will be able to support the project with donations of $1, $10, $100, or $1,000/month.

Each donation level will grant the patron progressive benefits, but the primary benefit will be preferred consideration on launch stages of the Exponential Launch Sequence (ELS). For example, before Stage 2, a $1,000 donation would guarantee a Patron an invitation to join the Stage 2 Team. A $100 donation would guarantee an invitation to join the Stage 3 Team. A $10 donation gets an invite to the Stage 4 Team. And $1 gets an invite to the Stage 5 Team.

This is the top of the funnel through which many of the new members will flow. It will generate funds to pay for the development of the ISITAS platform and community.

Time Buy Back

Participation in ISITAS Project requires a significant investment of time, specifically 100 hours during the three-month initiation period. Some membership candidates will find that they don’t have that much time available.

Those people will be able to buy back up to 50% of that time investment at a rate of $10/hour. That is, rather than put in 100 hours of work, they can put in 50 hours and contribute $500 to the Development Fund to make up for the other 50 hours. This alternative is considered an escape valve for people with more money than time, but is not intended to be the preferred method.

Nevertheless, the Time Buy Back program will naturally become another source of USD for the Development Fund, as the following hypothetical will illustrate.

On Stage 3, when 100 new members join, let’s say that the average amount of time opted out is 20%. In other words, $200 of the total $1000 investment is in the form of cash, and $800 is in the form of effort. So on this round, $200X100 members = $20,000 going into the Development Fund to pay for more developers and creators to crunch on Snackable Giglets.

On Stage 4, assuming the 1,000 new members opt out of the time commitment at the same 20% rate, the amount raised for the Development Fund will grow to $200,000, which pays for a lot of Snackable Giglets. In fact, this amount can pay for all of the data center and other operational needs of a fledgling digital community, as well as the development work on operational Web 3 and mobile platforms. (Bear in mind that the $200K is in addition to 80,000 hours of invested time.)

After Stage 5, the 10,000 new members will pump somewhere around $2 million into the development fund, and the membership will need to start making decisions about how to allocate all of these funds. How much will go into Snackable Gigs and other recruiting channels? How much to recruit the top developers? What kind of assets should we start to acquire to stock our nascent token economy?

Only three months later, after the Stage Six Launch, these questions will get even more real when 100,000 new members inject another $20 million into the Development Fund. This is the level at which ISITAS DAO can launch into the real estate industry by purchasing a few strategically located residential homes where members can gather for events.

After the Stage 7 launch, roughly $200 million will flow into the Development Fund from the 1 million new members buying their way out of 20 hours each (on average). At this level, funds can be used to acquire more strategic things like essential goods and services, the means of production and distribution, commercial real estate, and more strategically placed residential real estate to support the expanding ISITAS community in appealing, real-world environments.

When membership expands to 10 million members after Stage 8, something like $2 billion will gush into the Development Fund, and the membership will need to decide how to allocate all of this money. By this time, we will be looking at serious assets like plants and factories, farms and freight companies, all strategically acquired for their suitability for supporting the transition from Game A to Game B. Meanwhile, the expansion into residential real-estate continues as the number of nodes in our Network State continue to expand.

Stage Nine ushers in 100 million new members and about $20 billion more for the Development Fund. And when Stage Ten completes the Exponential Launch Sequence, another $200 billion will land on the heap. These amounts of money alone are practically enough to tip the scale in favor of the new Game B modality.

But this is just the beginning of the ways ISITAS will acquire USD as the raw material to fuel our transition to a next-gen ecosystem.

Full Utilization and Value Add

The ethos of full utilization of manufactured resources addressed in the video on the Sharing Economy is not exactly a means of generating income in the form of USD, but it is a great way of generating value that stretches the value of our USD greatly.

Much of ISITAS Marketplace will be stocked with products purchased on the distressed merchandise, outlet markets, auction sites, and other second-hand outlets. Our credo is that as long as products have some inherent value, we should use those products instead of disposing of them.

Through the creativity of the community, we will find ways to add value to products.

And members will also offer valuable samples of their work as rewards on ISITAS marketplace as well.

By leveraging the full utilization of assets, value-add through innovation, and in-kind products and services, ISITAS Marketplace can provide Members with more things on which to spend their tokens without having to tap into USD reserves.

In short, we are getting more bang for our collective bucks.

NFTs

Another major source of revenue that will begin to arise in later stages will be the sale of NFTs. The ISITAS Wisdombase will ultimately be a taxonomy of nodes, where each node is the singular source for all data, content, and community around every conceivable concept.

For example, one such node could be the concept of ‘Love’. Everything imaginable associated with Love — instantly accessible. Another node could be something more specific, like the local football team. Each node could be represented by a fractional NFTs that grants access to features of that domain/node.

Purchasing NFTs will be a way for people who were late getting onto ISITAS but who have a lot of capital can increase their holdings in ITCoin. Increased holdings in ITCoin will present more opportunities to engage in meaningful ways, so people with lots of money can basically buy their way into ISITAS society by purchasing NFTs, (once they have been invited and officially joined the community).

Aggregate Data

Once the membership and Wisdombase have reached a sufficient size, the data contained within the system will be incredibly valuable. While the organization will never sell or otherwise use individuals’ personal data, the aggregate data that represents the Community as a whole, and to the extent that they are representative of the entire population of Earth (as it is designed to be), will be incredibly valuable.

The process of engaging with ISITAS will take deep information from Humans and store it in a structured and coherent manner in the Wisdombase. Access to the Wisdombase could be metered on a per query basis.

It is also difficult to estimate the scope of this opportunity. We know that the ‘data analytics’ business is a multi-billion dollar industry, and this revolutionizes that.

As big as this income opportunity could be, it pales compared to the next one.

Human/AI Alignment

A key objective of ISITAS project is to establish a ‘Wisdombase’ that can serve as a reliable mechanism for AI to Human Alignment. ISITAS could be the de facto standard for AI to Human Alignment Interfaces (AIHAI), or whatever they end up calling it, like Microsoft was to PCs, Google was to the Web, and Apple to mobile phones.

Given that AI Alignment is the most important existential threat that Humanity has ever faced, this is an incredibly strong position to be in. If the ISITAS community can actually position itself in this role, it would be like receiving tribute from all the biggest organizations in the world.

As ISITAS membership continues to grow, it will only anchor its position as the prime encapsulation of Collective Human Consciousness.

This is probably the most lucrative income stream of all those covered above.
